RESERVATION TERMS

Reservations are accepted on an availability basis. A booking inquiry, does not grant any confirmation of the booking unless a Booking Confirmation Code is issued by Veli Beach Inn and full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceled prior to 14 days of arrival date No Charge

Canceled less than 14 days of arrival date 50%

Canceled less than 7 days of arrival date 100%

No show 100%

Curtailment After Check-In 100%

Where the guest alters the booking prior to arrival and the cost is lower than the original booking. Any payments already made in excess of the new total will be refunded and a new confirmation with the revised total will be issued. Where no payment has been made the guest will receive a new confirmation stipulating the revised total which is payable. 

Where the cost is higher than the original booking. The guest must pay the additional amount prior to arrival and a new confirmation stipulating the revised total will be issued.

Curtailing stay after check-in

Any guest curtailing (reducing) the number of nights or persons having already checked in will not be entitled to any refund for the number of nights or persons reduced. Depending on the circumstances for the curtailment the property at its own discretion may issued a partial refund but this is not guaranteed.

Force Majeure - If for any reason beyond the Hotel reasonable control, including but not limited to Strikes; labour disputes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder, Disasters; acts of war; acts of god; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the Hotel; the Hotel is unable to perform its obligations the property may terminate the booking without further liability of any nature, upon return of all amounts paid by the guest for number of nights not used.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment in full is required upon receipt of the confirmation from Veli Beach Inn, unless otherwise agreed.
